Getting Ready for the Big Day.....

Countdown stands at 20 work days. CenturyLink party is set for February 26th and our house party is set for February 28th.

The purpose of this blog is twofold:

1. To see if I can contain my sanity and work my way into retirement with some sense of grace.
2. To see if I want to play and work on-line in a productive manner to keep my compulsive side in motion and maybe even try to make a little money down the road.

I also don't want to to just blather on about myself and what's going on around me, I want to connect with my friends and relatives with feedback, push back and a little confrontation. As Larry Wilmore says, "Let's keep it 100."

(I know I can count on my sister for push back and a little more - Thanks sis - you look so happy here)

So to start this melee off I would like to test the feedback option and start with a simple life question that will help me know what to expect of myself post-retirement.
